Beautiful, Adventurous Costa Rica

Recently, Ian and I went to Costa Rica for a week long vacation. Boy do I wish I had more time to spend there! Friendly people, beautiful scenery, lots of animals - it was a truly fantastic time!

If any readers ever plan on visiting, I highly recommend Avispas Adventures for your excursions. Small, personalized tours with such friendly and knowledgeable staff - it's something that the bigger tour companies can not offer. We spent a total of 8 days, 7 nights. I had us a little busy, visiting Rincon de la Vieja, Palo Verde (for a boat tour), Zip lining in Miravalles, and a day trip into Nicaragua.
